The website accessible at www.fearlessjewellery.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is published and operated by FEARLESS JEWELLERY, whose registered office is located at Sunny Acres, LC02 505, Castries, Saint Lucia, and registered with the Saint Lucian Government Registry under number 2020/B0708.
The Fearless Jewellery Online Boutique is the official online store for Fearless Jewellery creations.

1. GENERAL TERMS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of jewellery products (the “Products”) between Fearless Jewellery and any individual or legal entity placing an order through the Website (the “Customer”).
Placing an order constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which are accessible at all times on the Website and deemed read prior to purchase. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and prevail over any other document or communication.
2. BRAND NAME CLARIFICATION
“Fearless Jewelry” and “Fearless Jewellery” refer to the same brand and creations.
“Fearless Jewelry” is the internationally registered brand name (EUIPO, 2012), while “Fearless Jewellery” is the registered company name.
The spelling may vary depending on regional usage (US / UK) without affecting the identity, ownership, or authenticity of the brand.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of the Customer’s visit and are subject to availability.
Should a Product become unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly by email, and the unavailable item will not be invoiced.
Product descriptions and visuals are presented with the highest level of accuracy possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly indicated at checkout before payment
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of an order, Fearless Jewellery will send a confirmation email.
A separate notification will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
6. CONTRACT FORMATION
In accordance with applicable civil law governing online contracts, the sales contract is formed when the Customer confirms their order by clicking the validation button after reviewing all order details and correcting any potential errors.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of the Products remains with Fearless Jewellery until full payment has been received.
8. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in EUROS (€), inclusive of applicable taxes.
Any additional costs, including shipping fees, are clearly indicated at checkout before final payment.
If a pricing error occurs, Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to correct it prior to payment.
The Customer will be notified and may then accept the corrected price or cancel the order without obligation.
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Fearless Jewellery does not store payment details.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards and PayPal.
9. DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, or customs procedures where applicable.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt of the Products, except for customized or made-to-order items.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with prior authorization.
Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of the returned Products, using the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return results from a defect or an error attributable to Fearless Jewellery.
11. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For deliveries within the European Union or the United States, no customs duties apply. The price paid at checkout includes all applicable taxes, and no additional charges are due upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union and the United States, including but not limited to Canada, African countries, and Asian countries, local customs authorities may apply additional import duties, local taxes, or handling fees upon entry into the destination country.
Such charges, if applicable, are imposed by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the Customer. Fearless Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
12. LIABILITY
Fearless Jewellery complies with all professional standards applicable to its activity. The company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
13. MODIFICATIONS
Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to modify its Website and these Terms & Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the Customer’s order.
14. CONTRACT ARCHIVING
Contracts are archived for 10 years. Copies may be requested by email.
15. MINORS
Sales are strictly reserved for adults. Minors may only use the Website under parental supervision.
6. MEDIATION
Consumers may resort to mediation or alternative dispute resolution methods in the event of disagreement.
17. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought prior to legal action.
