At Fearless Jewellery, we ensure that every order can be followed with clarity and peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Colissimo tracking number.
This tracking number allows you to follow your parcel at every stage of delivery.
Tracking Your Shipment
All orders are shipped free of charge via Colissimo.
To track your order:
- Locate the shipping confirmation email sent after dispatch
- Click on the tracking link provided, or
- Enter your tracking number directly on the Colissimo tracking platform
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
When Will My Tracking Be Available?
- In-stock items: tracking is usually sent within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Made-to-order or customized jewellery: tracking is sent once production is complete and the order has been dispatched (production time may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the design)
If your order contains multiple items, tracking will be issued once all pieces are ready and shipped together, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Status & Updates
Colissimo tracking provides updates such as:
- parcel acceptance
- in-transit status
- customs processing (if applicable)
- out for delivery
- delivered
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
