At Fearless Jewellery, we strive to ensure a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience, while offering fair and clear return conditions.
♦Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched after full payment has been received and confirmed.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
All shipments are sent using tracked delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, or customs clearance where applicable.
♦Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, without penalty.
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in their original condition and packaging
- be returned from the country to which the order was originally delivered
Prior to any return, the Customer must contact Fearless Jewellery to receive return instructions.
♦Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of:
- a manufacturing defect, or
- an error on our part
In such cases, Fearless Jewellery will provide appropriate return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
♦Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the Customer will be notified.
Approved refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of the return, using the original payment method.
Please note that depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. This processing time is beyond our control.
