Payment & guarantee
At Fearless Jewellery, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and refined purchasing experience. Every transaction is handled with the highest standards of confidentiality, and every piece is prepared with care and attention to quality.
1. Prices & Currency
All prices displayed on fearlessjewellery.eu are shown in EUROS (€) and include all applicable taxes.
Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, are clearly indicated before final payment. No hidden charges are applied after checkout
2. Secure Payment
Payments are processed exclusively through trusted, encrypted payment platforms, using industry-standard security protocols to ensure the protection and confidentiality of all transactions.
At no time does Fearless Jewellery store, process, or have access to Customers’ full payment details.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit and debit card payments via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account
- SumUp card payments (including the option of a secure payment link that may be sent by email or mobile upon request)
- SUMMO payment plans (installment solutions provided through a dedicated third-party payment service, subject to eligibility and approval)
- Bank wire transfer, with payment details provided upon request and subject to payment confirmation
The availability of certain payment methods may vary depending on the order, destination, or transaction type. All available options are clearly presented at checkout or communicated directly to the Customer prior to payment.
3. Order Confirmation & Payment Validation
An order is considered confirmed only once full payment has been successfully processed.
Following payment, the Customer receives an order confirmation email summarizing the purchase details. A separate notification is sent once the order has been dispatched.
Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of:
- payment authorization failure
- suspected fraud
- technical or obvious pricing error
In such cases, the Customer will be informed promptly and no payment will be retained.
4. Quality Guarantee
Fearless Jewellery pieces are crafted using high-grade stainless steel, enhanced with durable gold-tone or specialty finishes, and are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.
Each piece is guaranteed to be:
- compliant with our quality and finishing standards
- free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery
This guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- improper use or care
- exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces
Care instructions provided with each piece should be followed to ensure longevity.
5. Authenticity & Craftsmanship
All Fearless Jewellery creations reflect our commitment to thoughtful design, ethical production practices, and consistent quality control.
Due to the nature of small-batch or handcrafted production, slight variations may occur. Such variations are considered part of the character of the piece and do not constitute defects.
6. Pricing Accuracy
In the event of an obvious pricing error, Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to correct the price prior to payment.
If such a situation arises, the Customer will be notified and may choose either to:
- proceed with the order at the corrected price, or
- cancel the order without obligation
