At Fearless Jewellery, we ensure that your order is prepared and delivered with care, transparency, and reliability.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped free of charge via Colissimo, the French postal service, with delivery to your home or business address.
A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery at every stage.
Order Processing Time
Processing begins once payment has been confirmed.
- In-stock items are generally shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order or customized jewellery may require 2 to 6 weeks of production time prior to shipment, depending on the complexity of the design.
If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise requested by email.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination:
- France & European Union: approximately 2–5 working days
- United States: approximately 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–12 working days
Delivery times do not include customs processing, where applicable.
Customs & Delays
For deliveries outside the European Union and the United States, local customs authorities may apply additional processing or inspections, which may affect delivery timelines.
Fearless Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, peak seasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
