Delivery times include the preparation and shipping of your order to your home.

Shipping Carriers: All packages are shipped to residential and professional premises with Chronopost. Delivery is made to your home against signature. In the event of freight overload, we may use another express postal service such as Colissimo or USPS. If this occurs, we will inform you before shipping.

Stock Status: The stock status for each item is displayed under the “Add to Cart” button and also when an item is placed in your shopping cart. Once your order is validated, a package number is emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track its delivery. This parcel number is also permanently available in your customer account.
Shipping Times: In-stock orders placed in the evenings, on weekends, or during major holidays are shipped within 48 hours during business days. Orders that are not in stock are shipped within 10 working days from our warehouse after manufacturing.
Multiple Item Orders: Unless instructed otherwise, multiple item orders are held until all items are in stock. If you wish to have in-stock items shipped immediately, please email us at contact@fearlessjewellery.com. You can check the status and delivery time of your order using our order status utility accessible in your customer account.
Pandemic Delays: Please note that due to the current pandemic, there may be delays in shipping and delivery times based on the availability of some raw materials.
Custom Jewelry: For all custom-made jewelry, the process between designing and manufacturing can take from 4 to 8 weeks before delivery. We ask for your patience during this time.

The estimated delivery times below are based on usual times but are not guaranteed:

Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA to UNITED STATES: 2 to 6 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA to EUROPE: 4 to 7 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA to ASIA: 6 to 10 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA to AFRICA: 8 to 12 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA to AUSTRALIA, rest of the world: 10 to 14 working days.

Delivery times do not include the time required by customs for processing shipments (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, and several EU territorial regions, including Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein, and the Channel Islands).
For shipments to remote areas and islands, the delivery time may be extended.
In most countries, Chronopost, Colissimo, or USPS home delivery now delivers every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, at no additional cost. Please contact the nearest location to explore this possibility.
Our postal services also deliver during the holidays; please consult the chart schedule if you would like us to ship your order on a specific date during the holidays.
If a package is shipped Next Day Air on Friday, it will not arrive until Monday. If a package is shipped 2nd Day Air on Friday, it will not arrive until Tuesday. The day of shipment and weekends are not considered transit days.
